The Home Manager: Home Managers are unique individuals who, for various reasons, are seeking temporary placement in a quality home. Typically, Home Managers are familiarizing themselves with various home styles and locations prior to purchasing a home. Each Home Manager Applicant is pre-screened and qualified before being presented as an ON-STAGE HOMES Home Manager. Our screening process includes furniture evaluation, employment and salary verification, rental / mortgage history, as well as a complete credit and criminal background investigation.
Access To Your Listing Any Time: The home is "show-ready" 7-days a week, and is available for Showings, Open-Houses, and Agent Caravans with only a courtesy call to the Home Manager.
