What We Do: ON-STAGE HOMES re-designs the homes' interiors employing items your client already has to highlight the homes' best selling features. Utilizing the space to its full potential, we create comfort and flow in the home. While our goal is to maximize use of your client's existing furniture and decorative items (which minimizes costs), often times it is by adding a few new items that truly brings it all together in the end.
How We Do It: Your client's home and furnishings are evaluated and suggestions are given as to items to retain, items to retire, and items to acquire. When necessary, we will also address neutralization of wall colors, pre-packing and de-personalization of the home.
Renovating items such as painting, repairs, and maintenance are not preformed by ON-STAGE HOMES. However, vendor referrals are available.
