Chantel Purcell is the president and lead designer of ON-STAGE HOMES, a company that assists homeowners and Realtors® in preparing their home for the real estate marketing process, as well as offering interior re-design services for personal residences.   

Being a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and North Carolina since 1998, and a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Chantel has first-hand knowledge of what SELLS a home.  “Capturing the prospective buyer’s attention and maintaining their interest throughout the home is key.  In today’s competitive market you must set yourself apart and create an element of emotion with which the buyer will connect."

In 1999, Chantel partnered with a national company specializing in “staging” vacant homes on the real estate market where she created, developed and managed the Condominium Division for Atlanta Georgia.  During this 8 year endeavor Chantel put home-staging on the map in Metro-Atlanta and  mastered her expertise in home decorating and stage-to-sell techniques.
